The Runa King is seen in episode 12 when he is confronted by Sui and Kuu about changing Runa's alliance with Roland to that of Gastark.
His contact with rebelling nobles in Roland was Duke Stearead, but he lost him.
He is referred to as the Lunan Monarch in the credits, voiced by Masaaki Tsukada.
